Get Fit in 10: have you thought about getting more exercise, but it hasn't become a habit for you? getting fit does not have to take a lot of time. Dedicating just 10 minutes per day will help you achieve results, whether you are looking to tone up, release stress, improve your mood, or just get more fit. Learn tips and tricks to do this, as well as a Basic fitness routine. Leave with a plan in hand on how to achieve your personal wellness goals.

The Power of Gratitude
You've probably thought of being thankful as a good thing to do or the right thing to do, but it is so much more. Join us to learn how practicing and expressing gratitude improves relationships and boosts our health and happiness. Understand the research, participate in expressions of gratitude, and take time to reflect. Even when life has storms we can find the clearing through gratitude. Walk away with strategies on how to have an attitude of gratitude to create healthier habits for a vibrant life.

Eat Right For Life
This session is geared for those who wish to eat healthier, increase their energy, and manage their weight. Learn 7 healthy eating tips and tricks to incorporate into your lifestyle. Sample meal plans provided. Leave with your personal nutrition improvement plan in hand to increase your health and energy.

Mindfulness & Relaxation Techniques
Are you struggling to find time to relax and calm your busy mind with so many responsibilities, distractions, and a busy schedule? Learn about mindfulness and a variety of relaxation techniques to slow down your busy world. Participants will practice a few of the techniques during the session. Leave with a toolbox of ways you can calm your mind to reduce stress, increase your health, and enjoy life more.
