- Update on loan to BLG, LLC in the amount of $8,300 approved at April 9, 2020 meeting.
- Update on loan to Sticky Fingers Catering, LLC in the amount of $70,700 approved at January 29, 2020 meeting.
New Business.
- Certificate of Appropriateness review of proposed façade improvements for Carnegie Building, located at 111 Main Avenue, submitted by Focus Holdings.
- Review Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Loan request submitted by Troy and Amy Zacharias (ATZ Investments, LLC).
