Qi Gong Class: “Five Elements” Routine
In Qi Gong, the “Five Elements” can be thought of as a “map” which can guide us to greater self awareness and wellbeing. In this three week series, you will learn and practice a “Five Elements” routine, which you will be able to take with you and integrate into your own daily practices. Class is in the pavilion/picnic area.
