Approval of Minutes of October 7, 2020, meeting.
Old Business.
- Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the preservation and adaptive reuse of the Carnegie Library building.
- Return to Open Session for possible action.
New Business.
- Review and recommendation of request to rezone 5.54 acres of property adjoining State Street and Ashgrove Place from RSF – Residential Single Family to RTF – Residential Two Family, submitted by Marcus McGuire of McGuire Properties, LLC.
- Review and recommendation on amending the Municipal Zoning Code to enact further land use restrictions in areas impacted by municipal wellheads.
- Review and recommendation on petition to annex 0.58 acres of property adjoining Killian Drive from the Town of Buchanan, submitted by Jesse Felzer.
