  1. Preliminary site plan review for redevelopment of 9-acre St Al’s site.
  2. Conceptual agreement to establish a TIF District on the 9-acre St. Al’s site to facilitate the demolition of the existing school/church buildings (in conjunction with Item #1 above).
  3. Review and recommendation on request to grant a natural gas pipeline easement submitted by Wisconsin Public Service Commission.
  4. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to consider a Letter of Intent for approximately 17 acres in Commerce Crossing.
  5. Return to Open Session for possible action.
  6. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to consider a Vacant Land Offer to Purchase submitted by DBD, LLC (as seller) to the City of Kaukauna (as buyer).
  7. Return to Open Session for possible action.
