AGENDA

  1. Review re-classification notice from Wisconsin Department of Revenue for Tax Increment District (TID) #4.
  2. Consider Resolution Extending the Life of Tax Increment District (TID) #4 for Four (4) Years For the Purposes of Paying Down District Debt in the City of Kaukauna.
  3. Consider Resolution Extending the Life of Tax Increment District (TID) #5 for Four (4) Years For the Purposes of Paying Down District Debt in the City of Kaukauna.
  4. Review proposed Project Plan Amendment/Allocation Amendment for Tax Increment District (TID) #6 to Designate TID #4 and TID #5 as recipient TIDs.

The purpose of this meeting is to convene the Joint Review Board to review matters relative to active TIF Districts in the City of Kaukauna, pursuant to Section 66.1105 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
