Roll Call.

  1. Approve minutes of February 27, 2018, meeting.
  2. Review of proposed façade improvements to Advantage Machine, 1900 Progress Way in Industrial Park North.
  3. Review of proposed expansion to Industrial Park Commission controlled parking lot as part of Van Epern Park and Pond to serve an adjoining business.
  4. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the disposition of the vacant lot adjoining Badger Quick Stop in Industrial Park North.
  5. Return to Open Session for possible action.
  6. General Matters.
  7. Adjourn.
