  2. Approve minutes of April 4, 2018, meeting.
  3. Update on proposed expansion to parking area at Holland Cold Storage, 3600 Electric City Boulevard, in the NEW Prosperity Center.
  4. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the disposition of property in the NEW Prosperity Center.
  5. Return to Open Session for possible action.
