Crayfish Craze! Community Crayfish Hunt

Join the staff for an exciting adventure in the Konkapot Creek catching crayfish and other aquatic critters. Staff members will initially gather everyone by the Butterfly Garden for an introduction and give you instructions on how to find crayfish and other water critters. We will then walk to the Konkapot Creek and assist anyone needing help.

A limited supply of nets and buckets are available to use. Sharing nets with family members may be necessary.

Please wear sunscreen and bring bug spray to use if necessary. Wear water shoes or tennis shoes to walk into the water and if you have an ice cream/sand bucket and/or a bait net, please bring them with you.

This is a FREE family program. No registration is necessary.
