Virtual Class – 1000 Little Wonders and Conservancy Crusaders

This will be a virtual event via the 1000 Islands Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/1000IslandsKaukauna/

The theme for the August 21st class is: Caterpillars and Butterflies

Read along with this story of a caterpillar’s journey to Mexico as she changes throughout the book and then view live caterpillars, chrysalis’, and possibly watch a release of an adult butterfly!

The class will start with reading the book Gotta Go, Gotta Go! and then identify numerous items in the book that we see at 1000 Islands as well. A virtual hike on the Conservancy Zone will conclude the class. The approximate class time is 20 – 30 minutes and can be viewed anytime after August 21st on the 1000 Islands Facebook page.
