The City of Kaukauna Municipal Court was created by the City of Kaukauna and has exclusive jurisdiction over all actions involving municipal ordinance violations.  The Court is an independent branch of government, not a department of the legislative branch or the police department.

COVID-19 Operational Plan

At this time, in person court appearances have been canceled.  Every effort is being made to settle cases via writing, telephone, or video conference.  Please contact the court directly for more information regarding this process.

Upon reopening, this operational plan will be followed for the safety of court personnel and defendants in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The plan is temporary and ONLY effective from June 23, 2020 until further order of the Court.
