Dog Licenses

City Ordinance requires all dogs in the City over five months of age to be rabies-vaccinated and licensed. The rabies certificate from a licensed veterinarian must be shown at the time the license is purchased. Fees are as follows (due March 31st):

  • $5.00 for spayed/neutered and microchipped
  • $15.00 for spayed/neutered and not microchipped
  • $10.00 for unspayed/unneutered and microchipped
  • $20.00 for unspayed/unneutered and not microchipped.

Beginning April 1, a $5.00 late fee penalty is charged. The license is valid from January 1st through December 31st. The license is available online here or at the Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 144 W. Second Street, Kaukauna, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. If you no longer own a dog, please contact this office at 920-766-6300.

Notary Public

Notary Public service is available at the Clerk’s Office. Please bring along a drivers license or identification card.
