Municipal Courts Update
Please see below for information from the Municipal Court regarding cancellations and other updates regarding the COVID-19 virus.
Updates as of 05/03/21:
City of Kaukauna Municipal Court proceedings continue virtually through June 2021. The City Clerk’s office can take court payments, however, no proceedings will be handled at the Clerk’s window. For all court matters, please contact the Clerk of Courts at 920.766.6378 or [email protected].
Updates as of 08/04/20:
For the safety of court personnel and defendants in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, this operational plan will be followed. The plan is temporary and ONLY effective from June 23, 2020 until further order of the Court
Updates as of 07/07/20:
There will be no Municipal Court hearings until August 4th. If you are unsure of your court date or have further questions, please call 920-766-6378.
Updates as of 3/17/20:
The City of Kaukauna Municipal Court is issuing the orders described below to provide procedures and directions for proceedings and essential functions in the court during the next several weeks. The guidelines are emergency and temporary measures and ONLY effective from March 16, 2020 until May 30, 2020, or upon further order of the Court.
