Attorney’s Office

Due to COVID-19 related public health concerns, until further notice all appointments with the City Attorney’s Office must be made by telephone only (920-766-6318). Visitors to the Municipal Services Building will not be admitted without a prior appointment.

Fire Department

The City of Kaukauna Fire Department will remain closed to the public until further notice. All fire department questions and requests should be done via phone during this time – 920-766-6320.

Kaukauna Pool

The Kaukauna Pool is set to tentatively open on June 5 for open swimming and lap swimming on a revised schedule. Swimming lessons will begin July 6. Stay tuned to the KRD Facebook page and city website for more details.

Farmer’s Market

The Downtown Kaukauna Farmer’s Market will look a little different this season. The new dates are July 11 – October 10, 2020. These dates are subject to change. We are working hard on plans to protect the safety of both customers and vendors.

The following are the new 2020 guidelines/rules for the Downtown Kaukauna Farmer’s Market.

  • Only allowing produce.
  • Only allowing meat, bread, bakery, cheese, eggs, all packaged.
  • Only allowing pre-packaged foods.
  • No customer contact with product.  (Only vendors touch product until sold)
  • No arts & crafts vendors.
  • No food to consume on-site, (see below) no picnic tables.
  • No information booths, no non-profits, no business of the week, no youth booth, no children’s activities and no entertainment.
  • No sampling of any kind. Single use bags only.
  • Market will have different footprint, (thus creating distance between vendors) at least six feet, if not more. Additional hand cleaning/sanitizing station areas.
  • Signage throughout market to remind people of the six foot social distancing.
  • Separation between vendors and customers, thus keeping people further apart, doing so using additional tables in front of vendor stands.
  • Customers and vendors will not be allowed to bring pets.

Grignon Mansion

Grignon Mansion will remain closed until further notice. Limited outdoor events may occur in the near future.

LIVE! from Hydro

08/03/20 – This week’s Live from Hydro Park Concert will go on as planned on Wednesday, August 5th. This week’s performance will be from Kyle Megna & The Monsoons. As originally scheduled, this is the last week of the Live from Hydro Park Concert Series.

07/27/20 – This week’s Live from Hydro Park Concert will go on as planned on Wednesday, July 29th. This week’s performance will be from Bobby Evans and the Dairyland Kings.

07/20/20 – This week’s Live from Hydro Park Concert will go on as planned on Wednesday, July 22nd. This week’s performance will be from A-Town Unplugged.

07/15/20 – Tonight’s Live from Hydro Park Concert has been canceled due to weather.

07/13/20 Update – This week’s Live from Hydro Park Concert will go on as planned, weather permitting, on Wednesday, July 15th. This week’s performance will be from Stephen Cooper and The Nobody Famous. Same as last week… We ask attendees to practice caution when attending the concert and help to keep others safe and healthy – maintain social distancing, bring hand sanitizer, stay home if you are sick, cover mouth & nose when coughing or sneezing, etc.

07/07/20 Update – Live! from Hydro Park will begin tomorrow (July 8th) with Appleton Rock School starting at 5:30pm followed by Homemade Brew! Due to COVID-19, there will be no refreshment or food sales, however, carry-ins are allowed. We ask attendees to practice caution when attending the concert and help to keep others safe and healthy – maintain social distancing, bring hand sanitizer, stay home if you are sick, cover mouth & nose when coughing or sneezing, etc. The setup of Hydro Park will look a bit different than years past. The stage will be set in the middle of the park to allow more room for social distancing. Don’t forget your lawn chair, and you may want a hat and sunglasses (with the new stage setup, you may be looking into the sun). Stay tuned to the Live! from Hydro Park Facebook page for updates, as concerts will be assessed on a week-by-week basis.

06/17/20 Update – The July 3rd Live! From Hydro Park Concert – Road Trip – has been canceled due to challenges and concerns with the current COVID-19 situation. Stay tuned for further updates on the Live! From Hydro Concert series.

06/03/20 Update – Live! From Hydro Park Concert series is cancelled through the month of June. We are working to reschedule the opening acts for later in the year.
