The City of Kaukauna is ideally situated within the Green Bay and Appleton Metropolitan area with direct access to Interstate 41.  Located on the banks of the Fox River, the City offers the essential services of a modern business community with an expanding population – 200,000 people within ten miles of the Central Business District.

Through municipally owned Kaukauna Utilities, our long-term goal of producing and distributing electrical power has resulted in one of the lowest electrical rates in the State. This forward vision is the result of progressive leadership and a vibrant, expanding industrial base.  The community’s workforce and high education standards resulted in a diversified and energetic business core with several Fortune 500 companies calling Kaukauna their corporate home.

Municipal services include full infrastructure and 24/7 Police and Fire Departments including paramedic and ambulance service. The City has six active Tax Increment Districts and a well-funded Redevelopment Authority that can provide low interest loans to qualifying businesses – resulting in a great working relationship with area relators and bankers.

We welcome all businesses to give Kaukauna a look.
