City of Kaukauna to Establish Strategic Plan
To better align goals and priorities, the City of Kaukauna is working to establish a strategic plan to help guide operations into the coming future. This will allow City staff to more effectively and confidently allocate resources and provide a shared understanding of decisions.
The purpose of the strategic plan for the City of Kaukauna is to establish a unified vision, goals, and direction that will guide all areas of the City in working together towards achieving common objectives. This plan will be dynamic, serving as a guiding light to navigate to success.
“Staff is excited to take part in the City’s first strategic plan,” said Mayor Tony Penterman. “We have strong leaders amongst each department here at the City, and this plan will help align our visions and goals.”
As part of this process, the City of Kaukauna would like to gather feedback from residents, visitors, and business owners. This feedback will be used to help determine important initiatives and operational priorities in the coming years.
The survey is confidential, and responses are limited to one per respondent. The survey is available online here. Printed copies of the survey are available at the Municipal Services Building or the Kaukauna Public Library. Survey is open through June 20th.
