NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION FOR 500 HENDRICKS AVENUE
The City of Kaukauna has received a special exception application from Joanne and Daniel Densow to allow for a special exception professional office use of the building located at 500 Hendricks Avenue.
Per Section 17.32(13)(c)of the Municipal Zoning Code, a public hearing will be held before the City of Kaukauna Plan Commission on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. via a virtual teleconference meeting on Zoom. Persons wishing to submit comments with regard to the special exception use are encouraged to join the meeting with meeting access information posted on the meeting agenda in accordance with Open Meetings law. Persons unable to attend the public hearing but who wish to comment may do so by contacting the City of Kaukauna Planning Department by mail at P.O.
