Approval of Minutes of October 7, 2020, meeting.

 

Old Business.

 

  1. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the preservation and adaptive reuse of the Carnegie Library building.

 

  1. Return to Open Session for possible action.

 

New Business.

 

  1. Review and recommendation of request to rezone 5.54 acres of property adjoining State Street and Ashgrove Place from RSF – Residential Single Family to RTF – Residential Two Family, submitted by Marcus McGuire of McGuire Properties, LLC.
  2. Review and recommendation on amending the Municipal Zoning Code to enact further land use restrictions in areas impacted by municipal wellheads.

 

  1. Review and recommendation on petition to annex 0.58 acres of property adjoining Killian Drive from the Town of Buchanan, submitted by Jesse Felzer.
