   • Appoint Diana Driessen to the Grignon Mansion Board.
   • City of Kaukauna receives a $58,000 grant from the David L. and Rita E. Nelson Family Fund, for the CE Trail Safe Crossing.

   • Resolution No. 2020-5229 Authorizing a Taxation District to Waive Interest and Penalties on Property Tax Payment Installments Due on or after April 1, 2020.
   • Resolution No. 2020-5230 Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to Exercise Special Assessment Police Powers for Public Improvements on W. 10^th
9. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss acquisition of property.
10. Return to Open Session for possible action.
11. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statue 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel with regard to litigation the City is or is likely to become engaged in.
12. Return to Open Session for possible action.
