Kaukauna Businesses Asked to Take COVID-19 Business Survey

City of Kaukauna businesses with a dedicated physical location are asked to take a few minutes to participate in a brief survey (link to online survey). You can also access the survey by going to www.cityofkaukauna.com/business and clicking on the blue link below the word Welcome that says COVID-19 BUSINESS SURVEY. The survey is not for web or home-based businesses.

City staff, working with Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, are gathering information from the business community to knowledgeably determine what resources, information and assistance is most needed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This survey will be open through 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 7. Thank you in advance for your participation.
