3. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss disposition of property addressed as 147 East Second Street.

New Business.

1. Set 2020 Interest Rates for Revolving Loan Fund Program.
2. Review loan request submitted by Dong Sheng Chen of New China Wok for property located at 1810 Crooks Avenue.
3. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the loan request for New China Wok.
4. Return to Open Session for Possible Action.
5. Review loan request submitted Kim Mischler of Sticky Fingers Catering, LLC for property located at 147 East Second Street, in conjunction with Item #3 under Old Business.*
6. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the loan request for Sticky Fingers Catering, LLC.*
