Assessor Office Hours Coming in 2020

Under a new agreement, the City contracted with Bowmar Appraisal that will include office hours each Tuesday from 8 am to noon.  The office of the Assessor will be located on the second floor near planning, Mayor’s office, and Finance.

If you have any questions on your property or properties within the City of Kaukauna, we encourage you to stop in to talk with the assessor that will be here during those office hours.  If you can’t make it to the Municipal Service Building (MSB) by this time, there is still the option to have an appoint set up to meet either at MSB or at your property.
