- Public Hearing to receive comments on an amendment to the project plan for TID #6 which allocates excess increment from TID #6 to TID #4 and TID #5 as a Donor TID.

Consider resolution amending the project plan for TID #6, which allocates excess increment from TID #6 to TID #4 and TID #5 as a Donor TID.
- Consider motion to recommend to the Common Council approval of the amendment to the project plan for TID #6, which allocates excess increment from TID #6 to TID #4 and TID #5 as a Donor TID.
