Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes – April 26, 2019

REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF KAUKAUNA

A meeting of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Kaukauna was called to order at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2019, by Chairman Feldt.

Members Present: Feldt, Kohne, Landreman, Smith, VanderWyst.

Also Present: Mayor Penterman, Planning Director Jakel, Principal Planner Watson, Kristen Fish Peterson and Marisa Mutty from Redevelopment Resources, Media.

Absent and Excused: Natrop, Windorff.

1. New Member Introduction. Chairman Feldt welcomed Phil Kohne as a new member of the Authority. Mr. Kohne filled the position vacated by Tom McGinnis.
2. Excuse the Absent. A motion to excuse the absent Authority members was made by Kohne, seconded by Landreman. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
3. Minutes. A motion to approve the minutes of the March 29, 2019, meeting was made by Vander Wyst, seconded by Kohne. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
4. Visioning Session. Ms. Fish-Peterson led the Authority in a visioning session on the development of guidelines for the new revolving loan program.
5. General Matters. No discussion.

There being no further business to be brought before the Authority, a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:00 a.m. was made by VanderWyst, seconded by Landreman. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
