1. Public Hearing on the Creation of TID #10 at the former St. Al’s site.
2. Consideration of resolution creating TID #10 and approving the project plan.
3. Update on proposed expansion of KORR Powder Coating and Sandblasting at 700 County Road KK, submitted by Randy Otto.

New Business.

1. Review and recommendation of two-lot Certified Survey Map for property adjoining Bear Paw Trail, submitted by Matt Vanderloop.
2. Review staff memo regarding the new process for site plan review.
3. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the dedication of Outlot 1 of CSM 7178 to the City of Kaukauna, submitted by Greg Lauer.
4. Return to Open Session for possible action.
