1. Review concept plan re-platting six lots into three lots adjoining Peters Road as part of Martin’s Bluff Subdivision.
2. Review and recommendation on rezoning property addressed as 510 Reaume Avenue from CCD – Commercial Core District to RTF – Residential Two Family.
3. Review request and set public hearing for a Special Exception use submitted by Kaukauna Utilities for the placement of a pavilion in Hydro Park within the required front yard setback.
   
4. Review and recommendation on the acquisition of excess right of way from Outagamie County for property adjoining CTH Z.
   
5. Set Public Hearing on the creation of TIF District #9 for Thursday, August 25, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.
